Aventura Properties
Aventura is a great management company. They have different locations throughout the area and are newer. The complex is nice with great amenities - grills, pool, gym, office, etc. Overall, a great management company to work with throughout the city. My location is about 20 minutes from campus and in a very family area.

Safety, Comfort, and Convenience
Aventura at Maryland Oaks is right off of highway 364, making it incredibly easy to get anywhere you need to go by car. It is in a very suburban area, so not very walkable to shops and restaurants but is very safe to walk around for leisure. There is a 7/11 within walking distance. The units themselves are incredibly nice and well updated, with all the amenities you could ever want (including in unit washer and dryer)! Pool area and workout facility are very well maintained and high quality. Management is very responsive, friendly, and make you feel welcome. They have garage and carport options available for extra, but the open lots almost always have plenty of spaces available. Generous guest parking area as well. There’s a schnucks five minutes away by car as well as several fast food stops and gas stations. Overall, an incredible place to live!
