Motif = Good $ for Location & Space

No real issues w/ management only noise problems with neighbors. Lot of students & young ppl. Old apt that's been renovated cosmetically but not updated w/ new appliances. Very superficial updates & cheaply done.

A/C doesn't always work as expected. It's just old.

Great on price & location. Good on responsiveness of mgmt. Needs improvement on value.

Motif = Good $ for Location & Space

If you're not looking for a bougie luxury apt, then you get essentially what you pay for. It's cheaply constructed & the workmanship is kind of shoddy for the small details. But if space, location, and price are your main priorities, then it will meet all of your needs comfortably.
