Maintenance Team is stellar
Appreciation review for Bruce and the maintenance team. By far the most responsive to maintenance issues since I've been here. Bruce has a welcoming approach to residents and always asks things are going in my Unit. New management team is on point. Been here through the ebbs and flows. Great place to live.

Lovely building in great neighborhood
While at the higher end of a student budget this building is a block away from ponce city market and the beltline. A short 15 min drive to campus makes for an easy commute for those who want to feel at home in the city at the end of the day. There are various lounge areas, a gym, pool, and coffee shop in building that’s convenient for studying.
