Super convenient, you get what you pay for
At the Julian, you get what you pay for, which is good news in this instance. It’s about a 12 minute walk to campus, and very safe. It’s convenient for a FAMJ Law student even though it’s not the cheapest.

Good
The property is beautiful and I enjoy my apartment. Amenities are great including rooftop pool. Very convenient location just 10 min walk to the school. The only issues I have had are with management. They are very slow to solve problems and sometimes I feel like they don’t take me seriously. But I think every complex has management issues. Overall a nice place to live.

Great Place
I love the Julian it is very modern with floor to ceiling windows, cement ceilings and walls and has many amenities including roof top pool/patio, collaboration centers on every floor, amazon lockers, courtyard attached to a very nice restaurant (the Monroe), it is walking distance (10 mins) from FAMU COL, it has very good security because its next to Valencia college and UCF. I feel very safe and comfortable at the Julian apartments. It is a little pricey but worth it most definitely, especially if you're moving from another state and living alone.
