Bit more money for what its worth

If you want to be close to campus it might be worth it but its expensive for what you get.

Loud!

If you don't live on the top floor, it's hard to live here. I have to sleep with earplugs in every night. It also doesn't get a lot of natural light. Other than that, there's a parking garage which is nice, and it is close to campus. There's also a gym and a pool, and Boulder Creek Path is super close!
