It's good, if you want to live in Denver

This building/unit have been fine, for the most part. This building was bought by the property manager, RedPeak, right before we moved in. They have been generally helpful, but a little bit disorganized and slow. They renovated the whole first floor of the building, and it took about 6 months longer than they originally said, and then had a couple of month delay after the work was finished because they hadn't scheduled the proper inspections/clearance from the city.

Overall, its a generally fine building with an okay property management company.

Probably the biggest problem, with respect to being a CU law student, is that it is in Cap Hill, so I have quite a bit of a commute to Boulder. But I knew that going into this situation, we had to live in Denver for my partner's work, and we love this neighborhood.
