I love living here!

The apartment itself is large and has a lot of space. Incredible natural lighting. Has a small gym. Surrounded by neighborhoods so lots of safe places to walk or run. About 20 min drive from campus

Southern Dunes review

Apartment in South Bend about 20 minutes from campus. Really comfy apartment with nice amenities and quiet neighbors. I live alone and have never felt unsafe here!

Southern Dunes

I love my apartment, the amenities, and price point. I live between Southport and Greenwood so I have accessibility to many restaurants and store. I am five minutes away from a grocery and 15-20 minutes away from downtown.
