Hardwicke House

I HATE living here. It’s in a sketchy area, we have no windows in our bedrooms, the windows we do have in common spaces are covered by a weird brick architecture, the building is not upkept and we don’t have the same property manager for more than 4 months ever. Worst of all, we have roaches bc our neighbors were disgusting and weren’t evicted for over a year. It took 4 months for the property manager to agree to effectively treat the apt. Which has been horrible. DO NOT LIVE HERE

Not too bad in general, but we have had some issues with roaches. We believe they came from one filthy neighbor, but the fact of the matter is, that neighbor is gone and the roaches are not.

This place has been wonderful to live in so far however it does have its downsides. Firstly there are no windows in the bedrooms. It’s not a huge deal breaker but the apartment feels smaller than it is. Also the management company kind of sucks. They’re not good communicators and try to spring charges on you all the time. The old property manger was wonderful so I’m hoping this new one will get better she she goes. The appeal to this building is that everything is included. It is so nice to only have one bill to pay every month and a low one at that. Apartments are updated and clean.
