I am moving

Cute apartments and decent rent, but doesn’t make up for the lack of responsiveness in management, neighbors that bang on your doors and windows at 10pm, and lack of security.

Great location and safe place

A great location (<5 mins from campus) and gated parking/complex for safety. Only real complaint is that there is not in-unit laundry. You have to use the community washers and dryers at the complex, which can sometimes be busy.

Ironworks

The management is VERY responsive and sweet. It’s a little on the expensive side and a smaller apartment, but the apartment is nice.
