Really like it!

Management is great, very responsive! I feel very safe at the property & love how secure the parking garage is. Apartment is new, I love the large kitchen and bathroom. There is little storage in the apartment which I do not like. There is only one closet and it is small, does not fit the clothes of 2 people. The property is very nice and well kept, including the amenities. The gym is large and open 24/7, the pool area is resort style and has a hot tub which I love. I wish there were more areas for dogs though. The property is advertised as "very pet friendly," but there is only one tiny dog area way in the back of the building, and you have to talk your dogs right on the street on downtown Tampa where there is no grass.
