No Major Complaints
I've been really fortunate at this complex, honestly. It's not the typical student housing so I can usually find parking, I don't have many noise complaints, etc. I do have to find my own roommate though which is a bit frustrating.

I have lived here a while.
Management is good and bad. Issues are usually responded to between the next day and three months. Pets are usually welcome. All the neighbors have been friendly.

Academy Village
I really enjoy living at Academy Village. I have had a much better experience living here than my last student housing in Starkville. My favorite thing about the apartment is the amount of natural light that it gets! We rarely have to use overhead lighting and it is great for all of my plants. Academy Village is located in a great area that is not far from campus, or anywhere else that I frequently go in Starkville. We have not had any issues with management. I have never felt unsafe living here, but I do know that there have been several car burglaries around the neighborhood. I would definitely recommend living here!
