Optimal Proximity for the Price!
The biggest selling point for me was the proximity to campus (maybe 10 minute walk to the drill field), then there is also a campus bus that stops right outside the complex. I have lived in these apartments for several years. They were built in the 70s, but seem quite well maintained. But management and maintenance are the superstars, I've never lived in an apartment that had staff so caring and attentive to its residents!
