Management and parking are main complaints

Riverside Condos has several different management groups, and mine happens to not be a great one. The walls are dirty, gross, old, and cracking, and they won't re-do the paint jobs. Bathroom was disgusting when we moved in. Only 2 parking spots per apartment, and the stalls are awfully tight. If you get another management group, the property might be nicer, but the parking issue can be expected. It is a nice to have a private room, though.
