Flatts at South Campus

As a graduate student who has got most of the wild nights and weekends out of my system, this property is worth what you pay for. It is not a loud place to live and you have enough of the amenities to keep busy and entertained. The staff is friendly and helpful. I personally have never had any major issue living here. I do live alone so I do not have any experience with roommate matching or issues that may stem from having roommates. The only downside for me is the grounds/hallways are not kept as clean as other places I have lived or personally expect. But I have to admit I am a neat freak.

The apartment complex is good but the management can be frustrating at time and may not tell you all that you need to know until you become a full resident.

l wish l could enjoy the apartment more than this. l will appreciate it if the school could get me a more befitting accommodation as a Graduate student.

You're responsivle only for your rent and nothing else. The staff are friendly and the rooms are good

The apartment is average but the cost is very expensive.

The Flatts is close to campus and close to bus stops. The management has take all of my work requests seriously and addresses them in a timely manor. The decor is up to date. I would recommend this location for everyone who wants a furnished apartment and is not a light sleeper.

The rent is reasonable and it is close to campus. Maintenance can be slow and the office workers have a tendency to be rude, but overall not the worst place to live.

Close to the walking trails, bus stops and campus rec centers. The management is great and they respond quickly to my complains. The only problem i had initially was my high electricity bills but this has been sorted out.

The staff is very friendly and always helpful for everything from packages, and mail issues to unexpected plumbing problems or every day handy man issues. It is super convenient to campus, the rec center, and whirlpool trails!
