The Palmer

The Palmer has beautiful apartments, many amenities, and is super close to campus!

Palmer Parkside, Single Female

I live in a loft at the Palmer Parkside as a single female. My loft is very spacious, and I really enjoyed having the two-story windows. I live on a corner, so I do hear traffic and people walking by, but for the most part it's really quiet. The Palmer is new, and the management has been really easy to work with so far. I don't have any safety concerns as a female living alone, and I am a big fan of the short walk to the medical campus and hospitals. I intend to get a bike soon and start biking to Volker. I would recommend looking into the Palmer if you're looking for something really close to the hospital.
