An okay place to live
For the price, it's pretty good. The best part is that they are very willing to respond to maintenance requests. The management is overall very friendly and helpful. Which really is great. The cons is that it's really old. The paint has lead in it, which isn't great if you have little kids. And there are a ton of spiders and bugs because it's the basement of an old house. Also there's no bathtub. But there are washer and dryer hook-ups.
