New Complex!

Since it’s a new complex, all the appliances and brand new! The studio is just enough space for me and it’s pretty reasonably priced for downtown Phoenix. The amenities are also AMAZING- 2 pools, a gorgeous fitness center, lots of outdoor lounge areas, etc.
