Love the location and people

Battery Park is absolutely beautiful, easy to get around to other parts of the city, and very safe. The building is a bit old but the apartments are very spacious. The people who live and work here are amazing and depending on your unit, there are great views. Nice patio area out back that overlooks Statue of Liberty and the water.
