Beautiful but tiny for two!
I love my apartment - it is at the absolute upper range of what I could afford and I appreciate the aesthetics of the space and high end finishes. With that being said, it is really tiny for two people and I really regret not having more space for storage. Definitely doable but not ideal - I guess welcome to New York!

Happy with it
We love the apartment - the appliances and look and feel are very modern and it's super convenient to get to / from Stern. The hallways are not as updated in the building, but since we don't spend much time in them we don't mind. There's also an outdoor space that is great in the summer if you want to do some work outside or invite some friends over.
