Station Place 2BD2Ba Review
It's a new building within walking distance to the Woodcrest PATCO and a 10-minute drive to the RowanSOM Stratford campus. It's clean, modern, and safe, and the management office is very communicative and available. The main cons are that it is a little remote with construction surrounding it, it is pricy for the area, and a limited amount of utilities are included in the rent. For utilities that are not included (water, internet, electric) in a 2 bed 2 bath, it has not yet exceeded $100/month per person. Parking is designated, so you don't have to search for a parking spot, but each unit gets one parking spot. Additional parking is $25/month/spot. Additionally, guest parking is currently limited at 8 spots, although it may change in the future. The buildings are pet-friendly, but there are limited grassy areas for dogs, and there is an initial pet fee+ pet fee added to your monthly rent. Overall I have had a good experience and would recommend it as a housing option, particularly for the 2 bed/2 bath.

Safe place with good amenities
Relatively new development with stainless steel, new appliances, and vinyl flooring. Rooms are bright with large windows. In addition to the key to unlock the door, you also need an electronic key fob to access the building. The management is fairly communicative with issues around the community and maintenance issues. The rent is high for the area, and you need to pay extra if you have a pet (fee + nonrefundable deposit). The complex is rather remote, without much retail establishments or restaurants around, but it is quiet. The PATCO is only 1-2 minutes away and more populated areas like Haddonfield or Collingswood are 10 minutes away. There is a clubhouse with small pool and small gym.
