Owning a condo

My experience may be different because I own a condo in a complex. The complex is in a great location though! It is right by everything you could possibly need shopping wise, but tucked away on a quiet dead end street where there is only a retirement community and this complex mostly filled with retired couples. Because mostly older people live here, it is a very quiet and safe neighborhood, but for young students looking for a social life, apartment living may be more appealing. The complex has two pools, but no gym. Overall, a great location and great place to live.
