Silver Leaf Villas
I live with a parent, moved back in after college!
Centrally located, on the Fort Worth-Arlington border, 25 min from downtown Dallas, 15 min from downtown Fort Worth. Close proximity to the mid-cities.
Lived here for 17 years, one home break-in, one car break-in, responsive management, clean, generally quiet, lots of families, students from UTA & Texas Wesleyan, gated, plenty of parking, the property is clean/upkeep.
Power did not go out during the 2021 Icestorm due to a retirement home nearby, water was shut off, management was very responsive.
Nearby walking trials: Gateway park, Mallard Park, closeby neighborhoods.
Property backs up to wooded area!
Across the street from Wal-Mart.
