Acceptable Living Conditions if you can stick up for yourself
This complex is very affordable, and the construction of the property matches the price. The floors are not level, the wood for the cabinets is cheap, and every possible surface is covered with the classic "landlord-white" paint. My kitchen is teeny-tiny and is best if you only have one person in there at a time. There is limited counter-space. I could only fit a microwave and a toaster in the entire kitchen.
The property itself is close to the Naval base, so there is some noise from planes, but never at unreasonable hours. The area itself is very nice and safe. The property is gated and has pools, a clubhouse, and a dog park. The amenities are acceptable.
In the first months I lived there, I had a rodent problem. I contacted the property, and they sprayed my apartment. This did not solve the problem. I ended up plugging holes in the baseboard of the kitchen with steel wool. That resolved the issue.
Overall, this property borders acceptable and unacceptable living conditions, depending on what you are willing to accept. However, the management is okay, the amenities are acceptable, and you get a lot of room for a good price.
