Great location, everything else is bad
The location is really the best thing about this apartment because it is only a 6 minute walk to school. On the advertisement it says that it is on-campus, which isn't technically true, but the walk isn't bad.
Other than that, I was pretty disappointed with the apartment. One of the bedrooms doesn't get natural sunlight and is very small and the bathroom was not clean when we moved in so there was mold in the cracks.
In terms of renting the apartment, you have to make sure to read the lease carefully because the things they tell you don't match up with what is ultimately written in the contract.
