Blue Creek has the best prices for the value
I've spent a lot of time looking for apartments in Denver, and Blue Creek truly has some of the best prices for the size/quality of apartments out of any of the midsize-large management companies in the city. Most of their properties are older buildings in Capitol Hill, which is a neighborhood I love living in - it's walkable, has character, and is close enough to downtown without being right in the middle of the action. There are some quirks to the building, because it's old - heating/cooling can be unpredictable and require some creativity. Overall, though, I would highly recommend.

Court Place
As someone who has spent a lot of time online searching for downtown Denver apartments, Blue Creek's prices are the lowest I have seen for the size, location, and apparent quality of their units.
Our building, Court Place, is on Pearl St. between 6th and 7th. This location is absolutely perfect - we are a short walk from three different grocery stores, including Trader Joe's; we're near a ton of fantastic restaurants; close to a bus stop, which is how I commute to campus; and close to Cheesman Park. Our apartment itself is spacious and bright, it's pretty quiet considering we live in a downtown area, and although we've had some small issues with heat and other things (inevitably you're gonna have some issues in an older building), Blue Creek has been very prompt and communicative about sending maintenance whenever there's a problem.
