Cheap for a studio

I just really wanted to live alone. It’s close to the school, management isn’t always on top of things but I can’t complain.

Location

Walking distance to the school, Five Points, and the football stadium. Unfortunately, there is a train track that runs right behind the apartment complex.

Good location

I've enjoyed living at Park Circle, because it is walking distance to pretty much anything on campus and Five Points. The price of rent is very affordable compared to other apartment complexes. The biggest downside is living in close proximity to train tracks.

DO NOT LIVE HERE IF YOU VALUE SANITY

Terrible, terrible experience. The internet did not work for just over a month. Weaponized assaults outside the front door, theft of packages, absolutely incompetent management, broken elevators (for weeks), nonfunctional AC, and a huge pest issue.
