Refurbished and well functioning, but a little old

It's a good, fairly spacious place. Kitchen has most amenities barring microwave. The heater is very old and only in the hall, so we got our own space heaters. There is a lovely little patio that can hold 5 people. There are some restrictions like not having loud music/sound after 10pm (the walls are very thin and neighbors get disturbed) and not being able to keep pets.
