Good location, new apartment

Good central location, pretty new building, mostly students and young professionals, right on the free bus line straight to campus, pet friendly, nice rooftop for hosting. Management company is mediocre but it seems like they manage half of Berkeley’s apartments..

Good building, poor management company

Recently updated small apartment building close to downtown Berkeley. Management company is mostly non-responsive. Even building-wide issues take more than a week to fix. Secured parking gate stuck open is most recent example. Roof top deck is nice, but as with everything, could use some more care (cleaning the floors and furniture).
