Excellent location: 5 min walk from campus
The apartment is tiny but I just had 2 main requirements - one that it has to be close to Fordham's Lincoln Center campus which it is because it's just a 5 min walk from campus and second, that it there is enough natural sunlight coming through the window in my room. Luckily, I got an apartment that has both of this. I just wish the apartment was slightly bigger but I guess in this price you need to let go off certain things.

Good location, bad apartment
the management is really bad and there is a bit of a roach problem - but the location is so good for the price for 1L year. Living close to fordham is super nice
