Pearl Condominiums offers a top tier location being a short walk away from the Patco, located right at the start of Chinatown with ample food and grocery options, and walking distance to the nearest CVS. Rent will vary by unit but they are reasonable and if you’re insistent enough, rent can be negotiable. Units are on the smaller side compared to other more expensive buildings in Philly but when you’re racking up 6 figures of debt, cheaper rent is a big plus. Units also have in-unit washer-dryer. Unfortunately but understandably, parking behind the hulking is absurdly expensive.

Very convenient location for 8th and Market station, Chinatown restaurants, and Fashion District. ~15-20min walk to most places in center city. Quieter than most of center city (good for studying). Building is newer but not always well maintained (broken elevators, cleaning, etc.). No issues with pests/bugs. Good security door. Lots of natural light. Older appliances/unit.

The apartments are in Chinatown so the location is great. 2bed/2bath with in-house washer dryer in one of the bathrooms. All carpeted except for the kitchen. Train stations are walking distance (Chinatown, City Hall, Race-Vine). No gym. Recently got a very nice front desk concierge who’s there during the daytime. Parking lot located right behind the apartments but is separate (~$200/mo).

Our landlord specifically does not allow pets or drilling holes in the walls.

The condo is in a great space and it is not too loud. It is located in Chinatown and Center City is within walking distance. The living room and bedrooms are large. Each unit varies because it depends on the owner of the condo itself. The kitchen is small and dated but has a lot of space. There is no doorman.

Great location, easy access to public transit and plenty of food options

I have lived at Pearl Condos for 2 yrs. It's a great place to live, safe neighborhood. It's 2 blocks from Patco station, making it an easy commute to work. There is paid parking available attached to the building that is given at a discounted price for residents.

A very nice, clean, spacious and updated condo building with a mix of students, families and working professionals. Quiet building and large units. No gym facilities, but with there are gyms located nearby. Unit amenities vary by owner, but washer and dryers in each unit. There are a mix of one and 2 bedroom units. Elevators are a little slow, but tolerable.
