Overall Happy with This Place
I like that water and trash pick-up is included. There is a washer and dryer, dish washer, shared backyard, bedroom closet, and it is a shower with bath tub. The front "two rooms" of this shotgun are my favorite part of the house with a tall double hung sash window and high ceilings.
The landlord is hard to get ahold of unfortunately. The backyard gets overgrown quite quickly and household repairs take a long time to resolve, although he was quick with the roof repair following Hurricane Ida.
