Good pricing, decent location, additional fees
Wonderful pool and barbeque area that unfortunately is only open for the summer months and closes labor day.

Nice apartments in the middle of city convenient to all locations grocery,bus stops close to DC.
Quiet neighborhood
Very friendly people
spacious bedrooms and nice concierge. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Alcova heights, sort of suburban very quiet and very safe but walking distance to stores and restaurants.
Nice and diverse neighborhood. Up and coming. Safe and convenient. Lots of options for food and drinks. Close proximity to DC and Tyson's Corner. Lots of new construction.
I love Columbia pike. It is affordable to live here.
Close to many grocery stores, convenient stores and many restaurants. Very quick to Pentagon City metro station or Clareden metro station
The neighborhood is very family friendly. I can walk, bike, or bus easily to the metro/Pentagon City mall or bus/bike to the law school. Walking distance to fair assortment of restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, etc. on Columbia Pike. Neighborhood is dotted with parks, tennis courts, short bike path, and other recreation.
Absolutely lovely place to live. Lots of food options in a highly diverse neighborhood.
Been built up a lot in the last few years with a Harris Teeter in walking distance. Lots of metro bus lines right outside the door with a shuttle to the metro
More working class up and down the pike, no bars or anything of that sort. But close enough to Ballston and Shirlington.
