Overall rating 7.6/10, based on 9 renter reviews Write a review
Fine
The space is huge for a one bed one bath and management is generally responsive. The amenities at all of the Mills properties are shared so you have access to several gyms, the pool, a Peloton lab, and access to the businesses on the first floor.

612 Whaley Review
Great for the Price

612 is great for grad students/young professionals
Unlike the neighboring Olympia and Granby properties, known for their rambunctiousness, 612 is calm and quiet (except for the train). Neighborhood is safe and 95% college students. PMC does a good job managing the property and any issues are resolved fairly quickly. Ask for Zach.

612 Whaley Apt building
Overall, I have enjoyed living here. The location is great! Central to school and hospital, both about 10 minutes away. Also within walking distance of Strom and the Vista which I have definitely taken advantage of a lot on nice days! The gym here has every piece of equipment you’d need, even a peloton bike. As far as negatives, there really aren’t many. Lots of residents have dogs so gotta watch out while walking through grass rows in parking lot and I have seen 2 or 3 pet accidents in the hallway in my 2.5 years of living here. Crowd that lives here is generally more young adult than the people who live in the other Mills buildings where it’s 99% undergrads, so generally no loud parties or disturbances. Never had any sound issues with neighbors. Near multiple sets of train tracks but I’ve never been woken up by a train since after about my second night here. Can sometimes block the easiest road for your commute in the morning but there’s always another road to use that can bypass that set of tracks.

Great Place for Clinical Years
Great place to move to when going into 3rd and 4th year of med school. About 10 minutes away from the hospital.
