Nothing But Good Experiences

I absolutely love the location, which is just outside of the city but still in city limits and a 10 minute drive from the Secchia Center. One carport is included and then other roommates get a parking spot in front of your building, with visitor parking in front of the main office. There are tons of units, but you only have 5 other units in your stairwell area and 18 total in your building so it's surprisingly private for how many units are on the property. There is a large yard area with balconies for all apartments and the property is set back from the road so there's very little noise from traffic. There's also an outdoor pool in the summer and small gym in the basement of the main office. Pricing is currently rising as they are working to renovate all apartments, so I believe apartments here are starting to go out of range for a med-student budget, however with roommates it might still be manageable.
