GOOD AREA AND SPACE FOR PRICE

The apartment itself is spacious and in good shape. Washer and dryer is a big plus. Lots of storage room. The maintenance is very slow though, you have to follow up frequently to get everything done. Also, depending on what maintenance person you get, you may need to check the work to make sure it was done properly. Basically noisy wheel gets the grease. The complex is on the #7 bus route which stops by the law school. It’s also quiet here which I value.

Maintenance isn't great. Otherwise, the place is nice, the rent is cheap, we have lot's of room! Will live here again.

Great, spacious apartment with in unit W/D. On a bus line that goes directly to Maurer. Walking distance if it’s nice out.

It is a good place for the price. The living space is decent, and the rooms are good sizes. There is a bus that stops right in front of the complex and goes to IU's campus. You have access to 2 gyms and study rooms at other properties. It is a little old, and it can sometimes take a while for issues to be fixed.

Overall, great location and safe neighborhood. Right next to the B-line trail so it's easy to go on a walk to take a break from studying. Very spacious apartment and appliances work. It's close to the hospital (<5 min drive) so it's perfect for clinical experiences and for FCP class.
