234 Market Ave 1Bed1Bath
Overall the apartment space is nice - really big windows, new appliances, modern clean space. If you're a dog owner, there is a small dog park right in front of the building which has been nice to have access to. There is also a planet fitness connected to the apartment but you have to pay a separate gym fee. However depending on which unit you get, there can be a lot of noise from upstairs neighbors as well as the heating/AC units. Windows don't open so you're left with air circulation from your air units. Neighborhood around this space isn't that great either - I would definitely not feel safe taking a stroll at night. Parking is separate from rent and is pretty pricey. Especially if you're going to get a parking pass from Secchia, paying for parking really adds up unless you're up for a 30 min walk or riding the bus every time you have class.
