A tucked away Gem
This apartment complex was hard to find but the amenities and price are amazing for what you get! In the summer the pool is open and its really nice, it never gets super busy so a lot of the time we had the pool to ourselves. The apartment itself is also very nice, its spacious and I love having two rooms, the second one works as my office and is perfect for taking online classes. I do split the rent with my boyfriend making it even more affordable but all utilities are paid separately. The utilities we have to pay are: gas, water and electricity, for all three its about 100-200 depending on our use that month. The square foot to price range is unbeatable I believe we have about1200 square feet, its a great size! This apartment is also pet friendly but you do have to pay a pet deposit and an additional 25 a month to pay for your pet. Some units here also come with a garage if you like that kind of thing, we mostly use it to park one of our cars in and store our kayaks. It is located near cheat lake and if you walk around the neighborhood you can see the lake, its only about 15 minutes from the law school and I find the commute easy and its almost nice to be slightly farther from the school to really separate my home and school life.
