It's great if you don't mind living 30 min off campus. Its a 7 min walk to Fairfax/Vienna metro and relatively affordable compared to DC prices.

Regents Park
Regents Park is a comfortable apartment complex within walking distance of the Vienna Metro. While not overly fancy, it has all the essentials at a reasonable rate.

Not a bad place to rent
fairfield apartments in a mile or two away from metro stations and is a mile away from all stores like H-Mart, Daily spices, giant, Fitness centers and fast food centers. The best part of the apartments is they are all recently renovated and have washer and dryer in every unit. the management is pretty good but the main problem is parking, it just horrible, you barely find a spot close to your building. Rest all it's pretty good.

Very good place
Regents park apartments in fairfax is about a 1/2 mile from Vienna metro station and is a very close to major stores needed for daily lives. These apartments are all renovated and have washer and dryer in every unit. the management is pretty good and responds very quickly for any issues.
