The Arlington 

The building’s manager, Steve, is fantastic—he’s truly an amazing person. However, the building can get a bit noisy since there’s always maintenance going on, like painting, replacing carpets, and updating cabinets. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly place without any notable amenities. Parking in the building costs $50, but there’s free street parking available as an alternative.

The Arlington

Older building with its quirks, but apartment manager lives in site and is great. Building is generally very quiet.

Review

It is fine, old apartment and no amenities. The building manager is nice and everything is safe. Just the apartment complex is old and it shows.

Fantastic place with fantastic management.

Best for independent grad students looking to get away from student apartments full of undergrad parties. Wonderful family that manages the property, always eager to help and get to know reasonable residents. one down side: no dish washer.

Arlington

Nothing fancy, but a 5 minute walk to the law school, safe, and affordable. Also, the landlords are super nice and willing to help with anything.
