Comfortable Apartment
2 bedroom 2 bathroom units are nice and plenty of space for 1 to 2 people to live. I like that their units do have a dedicated storage area, which is great for being able to store seasonal items and such.

Apartment review
The community is geared towards commuters, so it’s very quiet and is only minutes away from K-10. The leasing/managing office is very responsive to work orders or any other questions regarding the place.

A little dated for the price, but overall good

Aberdeen
The apartment is pretty good! It’s in a quiet area of town and I really don’t hear my neighbors. It’s pretty big for a one bedroom too.

Great place, quiet and affordable
I’ve lived at Aberdeen for about 3 years now and I love it. It’s quiet, with very few if any undergrad students around. It’s on the bus line 29 to get to campus but I typically just drive. There’s a small fitness center and a great gym just 3 mins away. They allow pets and most important are super affordable compared to other places in town. I can actually afford to live without roommates! Utilities are pretty cheap too

Safe & Quiet
The apartment is in a safe and quiet neighborhood in the SW part of town. Aesthetically it's a nice apartment, but it wasn't built well (ice on the inside of windows in the winter/occasional flooding/etc.)- but we have loved the community.

Unresponsive Management
The apartments here are large and appear to be good quality overall. However, in the three years I've lived here, we've had multiple problems due to how poorly these apartments were built. We've had lots of significant flooding and little and delayed action from management. Our windows are installed poorly which creates issues during the winter and our heating and cooling bills generally. It's fine most of the time, but I can't recommend it in good conscience based on the response of management and their inability to fix the problems because they are largely unfixable.

Reasonable Apartment
There isn't anything particularly special about my apartment, but it meets my needs. There isn't a linen closet or medicine cabinet, so I bought an above toilet shelf for toiletries and a shelf for linens (in bedroom). There is a hallway closet, a walk-in closet in the bedroom, and a patio/balcony storage room. I appreciate that there is a full washer and dryer. I haven't had any problems with safety or noise. Maintenance has typically addressed problems in a timely manner. I moved in the apartment during COVID-19, so I might not be aware of social activities and whatnot. Aberdeen is also walking distance from Clinton Park.
