Could be better
505 is in a nice location that gives you physical space away from the law school. The apartments are decently nice and come fully furnished. Management in lacking as they will direct you to employees and the manager will not handle anything directly and is avoidant. Rent is a little high considering similarly placed options. There is a shuttle that will take you to the law school if school resumes in person in the future. Maintenance does tend to be timely. Thee management issues really dampen the experience and in my opinion, are not worth the price.

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE IN SYRACUSE!
505 Walnut is the worst place I have ever stayed. The residency overcharged me for almost a year and it was an ongoing battle to be properly credited. Additionally, the building is rarely cleaned, even during COVID the management crew leaves the garbage unattended for days which leaves the hallways with a foul stench. On a typical day, staff members are not concerned that students are not wearing masks to offset COVID contraction. The property manager constantly hides from residents when informed of noise complaints or other issues regarding your stay at the residence hall. Lastly, most of the staff avoids any possible resolution if a problem arises.
