Good deal compared to surrounding area

Compared to nearby apartments or apartments in Mid-City, the price for the comfort of the Paramount is a good deal. It won't break the bank, but you're still in a safe and comfortable place with a good location.

Not bad

There are many med students and residents that live here. It’s a little loud and the walls are a bit thin which I think is not acceptable for how much rent is. Otherwise great place. The location is wonderful, right across the street from Rouses and very close to the med school.

I tell everyone I know to move here

Can't think of a single bad thing to say- this place is managed incredibly well. Reasonable prices, homey feel, and great neighbors

Super nice w some minor complaints

Love the paramount! There is front desk staff working all day every day to help out. The location is super super safe which was really important to me and really close to school. Our pool/common area is really nice and the gym is 24 hours and super nice as well. We are across the street from Rouse’s and upstairs from some nice places to eat which is super convenient. The only down side is the noise — I can always hear my upstairs neighbor or people by the pool (the noise echoes a lot). I have friends in the building who can also hear the parking lot gates & automated voice at all hours which is annoying. Overall I like this place a lot & will definitely stay here!

Overall great apartment complex, only 1 drawback

Great apartment complex, across the street from a great grocery store, inner courtyard with amazing pool/gym/grills. Apartments are beautiful, fairly quiet, residents are polite, front desk in case you get locked out, and nearby to the Quarter, Art District, and Lower Garden District.

The drawback is the neighborhood- can be homeless folk around the building and there was a recent car break in. The complex can't do much to help which has been frustrating.
