Pebblebrook Apartments

I love that I do not feel like I am in the midst of my students and campus, and can get a break when I am able to get home, yet am a 10 minute drive from work. The property is well taken care of and a very fair price for the amenities. Definitely worth getting away from campus a bit and spending a bit more for a nicer place than an overpriced place closer to campus that isn't as spacious or high quality. I love that there is laundry in unit, and I have a second room for guests and an office. I also like that if I choose to have a pet later on I can, and the pent rent is significantly lower than other comparable properties.

Quiet, family friendly neighborhood. At this location, all apartments have two bedrooms and the option for an in-unit washer/dryer. Management and maintenance is very friendly and responds quickly. Rent is on the more expensive side, but for the location, updated look of apartments, two bedrooms, washer/dryer, and pool, I think it evens out. The only two downsides I have is that the gym is not adequate for sufficient workouts and the only utilities that are included are trash/sewer. Renters have to pay internet, water/heat, and electric. Also, it is about a 7-10 minute drive to campus, so transportation may be tricky if you do not have a car.

We lived at Pebblebrook while my husband was active duty at Fort Riley. There was a good mix of military and older students at the complex. The pool was never busy and the park right next door made for great exercising.

I found this apartment by online searching. When I reached, I found it as it is as I saw in pictures. Very neat and clean, everything was maintained.

I found the girl who was dealing with me since beginning very nice and cooperative. Every thing was smooth. But as she left HRC rentals, other all people in the management have ridiculous and behavior with me. No cooperation, no response of complains, picking the phone and put the call one hold for long time, no maintainance.

Even once, by mistaken unlimited amount was deducted in our bank account, while paying the rent. My account went in minus, the whole money of my bank account went to them. I went to them and asked them to return the amount. they behave very rudely and said it would be your future rent, but they were not ready to pay it back.

I suffered a lot because those were my all money and I had to pay all utilities and all stuff. I contacted bank and the issue resolved, but it took time.

One of other family I met here. They were also complaining the same thing. They lived here for short period of time, but their reviews were same. All staff is so rude and non-cooperative.

This is my second year of lease, I am living in the same apartment because I am alone with my kids here and moving is kind of big trouble for me. I found very nice neighbors here. No disturbance is here. In this pandemic, when every one is mostly at home, my kids are also at home for remote learning so, for school activities some times they run or jump, but all are very cooperative neighbors. They have no issue.

I am a KSU student. I approached for on campus residence, but those are very expensive for me.
