Affordable for students
The apartments are nice if you enjoy a secluded, out of the city area. It’s nice and quiet and there are wildlife around which is very nice to see. Neighbors are pretty good as well. The amenities are nice. The buildings themselves are a little old and creaky but they hold up alright. The biggest con of this apartment is that there is carpet everywhere in the units and the washer and dryer are in the kitchen.

Great place for price!
This is a little it away from class, so you have to have a vehicle, but it is only 15 minutes form downtown and Vanderbilt. The units are a bit older, but they update and renovate them and there are no hidden fees.

Stewarts Ferry
I picked this apartment complex because it MUCH more bang for my buck than other places I looked into. It is about 15 mins from Belmont's campus so it away from all the busyness of downtown but still close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, the lake, etc. I personally enjoy the outdoor feel of living at Stewarts Ferry. It is located against the stones river and there are many trees surrounding the complex. I see wildlife such as deer and turkeys in my "backyard" quite often.
On the downside, they are in the middle of construction so there are many large trucks on the complex at the moment making noise. Also, the exit off the highway that the complex is on doesn't feel the safest but the complex itself seems safe.
