The Dillon
Very spacious rooms with very nice amenities. There are a lot of undergrads that live in this complex, so you might run into issues with noise.

Roommates
Amazing Price and Amenities
Shuttle service runs every 15 which is nice because it is about a ~20 minute walk to the edge of campus otherwise. Rent is also excellent for all the amenities are included.

Terrible place for grad students
Not a good place for a grad/law student unless one specifically wants to be around undergrads/people they know who live here. If you have roommates, you each are on an individual lease for your room/bathroom. Might be an acceptable situation if you are able to select all of your roommates, but do not believe them if they tell you they can pair you with other grad students. I have 4 19 year old roommates and it’s a really distracting environment with a lot of partying. The shuttle is nice and stops at the sample gates which is convenient. The management is a pain to deal with and all of the employees have been extremely lax with covid precautions.

Love it here, been here for 4 years
I have lived here for four years and love it. Only reason I am moving out is because my roommates are graduating.

I would not recommend this complex for graduate students
This complex is undergraduate-focused. It is affordable and it comes furnished. The amenities are also good. However, the undergraduates host lots of loud parties here. It can get quite noisy at night. What's worse is the management does not put forth enough effort to enforce rules such as quite hours or amenity closings that would mitigate these noise issues. I do not recommend this complex for graduate students.
