Southwind Review
I am very happy with Southwind so far. My unit is newly renovated and very clean. Management has been very friendly and is usually quick to respond. Downsides are that the gym and laundry room are extremely small and the rent is pretty steep. The neighbors are generally pretty quiet but the walls are definitely thin. Conveniently about 10 minutes from campus.

Southwind Apartments
We've had a great experience at Southwind Apartments. If you have a maintenance problem, they are quick to respond. The property is well taken care of - they mow the lawn every week. There is a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, tiny gym, and laundry. I don't like that there is not in-unit laundry, that is pretty much the only downfall. Also the floors squeak which can be annoying but kind of just is what it is. Another good thing is that there is a ridiculous amount of storage. It is a small apartment with so many closets!
