Depends on your needs
In general, if you are looking for just student housing it may not be too bad but there are some things to consider. These apartments are about a 20 minute drive from the school and they aren't anticipating students to live here. This has pros and cons!
The pros are that, generally speaking, you don't have to worry as much about the sounds from other apartments, the surrounding area has everything you could need (two huge malls less than 8 minutes away, every kind of grocery store and outlet, vet/hospitals/dentists are everywhere, etc.), it seems like you get more space for your rent (as a lot of the apartments in cinci that I looked at for a similar price were a lot smaller), and its very pet friendly with a wooded area behind the complex that's really lovely.
However, there are some down sides. Obviously if you can't drive or don't want to drive then this is not going to be a viable option. My roommate and I don't use this as school housing we live here year round and the leases only come in year long terms (so if you are looking for student housing that accommodates 6 or 9 months bear this in mind.) For us, we have the larger "den" model of apartment (it's a $50 difference from the non-den option), but given our other hobbies we are a little short on space. Storage is a bit meagre here, but depending on what you bring with you on move in it might not be a problem.
