Average complex with pros and cons
Pros
- Rent is cheaper than most places in College Station
- Location is awesome, 5 minutes from campus and all the shopping/restaraunts on Texas Avenue
- Right on the bus stop
- Mostly grad students, quiet property
- Dog park, gym, pool
Cons
- Complex was built in the 80s, a lot of things break on their own accord, apartments are not in great shape, but okay
- Very high electricity bills due to older A/C units
