Great apartment to get away from Midtown
Great spot if you're looking for something more laid-back and less hustle and bustle. Quality units, quiet, residents are all pleasant but keep to themselves. Mostly young professionals, Vandy Med students, and Belmont students. Very nice apartments for this neighborhood considering the price – many similar complexes in the area have higher rents.
Very limited amenities, notably no gym or pool. Good courtyard with a grill that residents don't use often.
Belcourt Ave. is a dead end, so there's not too much traffic on the street, but you're still just a couple blocks from Hillsboro Village.
Commute to the school is a quick drive or about a 20-minute (slightly hilly) walk along 21st Ave. If you walk, it is just far enough where going back home for lunch isn't super convenient but is still possible. I eat lunch at school most days. Biking is doable but riding on the roads in the mornings feels sketchy since there are a fair amount of commuters on 21st Ave. I walk most days but have a parking permit for days when I'm running late, have to lug a lot of books to school, or am feeling lazy. To get to Midtown, where most of the other law students live, usually requires a longer walk (25 mins) or a short drive. There is a bus stop and a BCycle station close by, so those are also pretty easy ways to get to school also.

Excellent location
Great location - 5 minute walk to campus, next to Belcourt storefront area. Management somewhat painful - not very responsive. Great space, good price.

Nice apartment, walk to Vandy
I moved here halfway thru med school because my former apartment building turned into Airbnb’s, and I love the location. Easy walk to lots of restaurants, a park, nice area to run and walk my dog around. An easy 10-15min walk to school. Rent is a little pricey, better if you have a roommate, but the location is fantastic, the apartment is big and has in-unit laundry and a little balcony patio area.
