Black Mold

Black mold....There was water always leaking somewhere, either the walls or the ceiling so the carpet was usually soaked. They would never listen to me so they never fixed the actual problem. When I moved out they tried to make me pay for the wall. I didn't leak, the apartment above did... I had a 4 1/2 year old at the time, we had to move.

Mostly fine

There are issues with maintenance completing work order but there haven't been any major problems.

Beautiful Area

I really like my apartment! It's about an 18 minute drive on the highway form campus, which doesn't bother me. There is usually never traffic. The apartment is a three minute walk from a huge park with paved and unpaved hiking trails that I use almost daily. They also have a nice gym and three pools that I enjoy. My apartment is the perfect size for my boyfriend and I, but it is on the expensive side.
